UĞUR GERGER

A graduate of ITU Faculty of Architecture and Istanbul University Graphic Design program. By combining an architectural perspective with the visual strength of graphic design, produces original solutions particularly in residential, exhibition stand, and interior design projects. Aims to establish a strong design language for each project by integrating aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity. Adopts a detail-oriented, innovative, and user-centered approach.

BEKİR DOĞUKAN YILMAZ

A graduate of ITU Faculty of Architecture, with over eighteen years of active experience in architecture, interior design, and implementation. In recent years, has focused on residential, commercial office, exhibition stand, and interior architecture projects, taking part in all phases from design to execution across numerous projects both domestically and internationally, particularly in Croatia and across Europe. Prioritizes delivering brand- and user-specific solutions that bring together aesthetics and functionality. Currently continues to provide design services on an international scale with a creative, analytical, and results-driven approach.

İLKNUR ÖZDEMİR

A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration with 20 years of professional experience. An expert in developing sales and marketing strategies, with extensive experience in B2B and B2C customer management across national and international markets. A results-driven leader who manages business processes with a strong analytical mindset and decision-making capabilities, successfully leading teams and adapting seamlessly to hybrid and global business models.

After graduating from ITU Faculty of Architecture in 2009, gained extensive experience both domestically and internationally in retail design, interior decoration, site architecture, and quality supervision. Has been involved in all phases of projects, from design through execution. In recent years, has been working as a project manager within interior architecture project processes.

SELIN ERISIR ELTER

An architect and graduate of ITU Faculty of Architecture, combines her design expertise with strong technical and operational experience gained on large-scale projects. She supports her architectural perspective with in-depth expertise in tendering, procurement, and project management processes, delivering holistic and sustainable solutions for complex projects. With 800,000 m² of experience across hospital, residential, and industrial building scales, she prioritizes balancing aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency. She adopts a detail-oriented, analytical working approach that places interdisciplinary coordination at its core.
